How to Make a B&B
ABV Technique Glass 용량
40.0% BUILD ROCKS 60ml

B&B (Bénédictine and Brandy) is a simple yet elegant classic cocktail made by mixing Bénédictine liqueur and cognac (or brandy) in a 1:1 ratio.

This cocktail is said to have been born at the 21 Club in New York in the early 20th century. It was created for customers who found Bénédictine alone too sweet, leading bartenders to mix it with brandy.

The complex flavors from Bénédictine's 27 herbs and spices meet the smooth, fruity taste of cognac to create a deeply satisfying drink. With approximately 40% ABV, it's perfect as an after-dinner digestif, and its warming sensation aids digestion.

It can be made simply using the build technique, served in a rocks glass over a large ice cube or enjoyed neat at room temperature. Garnishing with an orange peel or lemon twist adds citrus notes that enhance the flavor profile.

The success of B&B led the Bénédictine company to release a pre-mixed B&B product, testament to the cocktail's enduring popularity.
