Ramos Gin Fizz Taste

The Ramos Gin Fizz opens with orange blossom water's subtle floral aroma and a cloud-like creamy texture.

Lemon and lime's bright citrus notes then harmonize with dry gin's juniper, while egg white and cream create a silky foam that coats the palate. Carbonation provides a refreshing finish without heaviness.

Perfect for brunch or afternoon, recommended for those who enjoy unique and complex flavors.

Ramos Gin Fizz History

The Ramos Gin Fizz was created in 1888 by bartender Henry C. Ramos at the Imperial Cabinet Saloon in New Orleans. It was originally called the "New Orleans Fizz."

Traditionally requiring 12 minutes of shaking to achieve its creamy texture, "shaker boys" would relay the shaking task. During Prohibition, records show 35 shaker boys working simultaneously.

Orange blossom water is the key ingredient, creating the Ramos Gin Fizz's unique identity with its floral essence. It's an iconic classic cocktail representing New Orleans.
